Welcome to NewBiz Ideas4U, a blog/web site to stimulate your ideas by introducing you to the ideas of others.

I’m Bob Wrighton, Managing Partner of of Learning Resources Asia-Pacific (LRAP) I am an ideas broker, which means that I mine new ideas from my wide reading, integrate them with existing ideas that I have already found, then share them with you. In this way you can add value to yourself by being in touch with the latest in management thinking, and add value to your company by implementing those new ideas that are relevant to your company’s situation.

This is not MY blog, it is OUR blog, because I am inviting you to share with me and other users of the blog how the new ideas have worked for you. Even if they didn’t work for you, that also needs to be shared, because we can all learn from it. And learning is what this site is all about.

A coupla times a week, starting from 01 December 2009, I shall post something that is new to me from my reading, and invite your comments.

To add to the participative nature of the blog, I plan that we write together two e-books across the next year. I’ll provide the initial ideas, and then ask you to share your experiences. In this way we shall all learn.
